{"id":354,"date":"2021-01-14T11:09:29","date_gmt":"2021-01-14T10:09:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/graficalecci.it\/?page_id=354"},"modified":"2021-01-18T16:20:08","modified_gmt":"2021-01-18T15:20:08","slug":"the-relief-technique","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/graficalecci.it\/?page_id=354&lang=en","title":{"rendered":"The relief technique"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap\">The nature of this type of printing is always the same.<br>The engraving inserted in the machine is filled with ink in the engraved areas, cleaned of excess quantities and subsequently presented in the printing area where it joins the sheet of paper which, by applying pressure, acquires the &#8220;overhang&#8221; or the color and the quantity of ink contained in the engraving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Drying can be natural and takes a few hours, or instantaneously with drying ovens aligned with the press. Where the relief is without color by not inserting any ink, the result will be the so-called &#8220;Dry Emboss&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The use of one or the other depends on the need: on the one hand quicker delivery times, on the other, a particular nature of the print that requires special attention.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-9d6595d7 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:66.66%\">\n<p>The current machines are able to reach a maximum production of about 15,000 prints per day, thus covering all requests: from 100 business cards to industrial supplies, including those for laser printing.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\" style=\"flex-basis:33.33%\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"437\" height=\"390\" src=\"https:\/\/graficalecci.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/macchina-per-stampa.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-85\" srcset=\"https:\/\/graficalecci.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/macchina-per-stampa.jpg 437w, https:\/\/graficalecci.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/macchina-per-stampa-300x268.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 437px) 100vw, 437px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap\">Relief printing finds its precise placement today as in the 1950s \u2013 its function, today as then, in the panorama of printed media. Technological and social changes certainly imposed an adjustment to very different needs than those of the customers of the time: speed, flexibility, economy, quality of service, great competence. And we have adapted. The advent of the Internet, of &#8220;digital&#8221;, of modern printers that enable anyone to print inexpensively just as a specialist with 20 years of experience and very expensive machinery would do, made us think, and not a little.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap\">But our first fears rescinded, seeing precisely in the new technologies a valid ally to enhance our products, our services and our professionalism.<br>Today our company combines the most historical and artisanal communication techniques with the media of the third millennium. From dry printing and enamel-relief to the design and creation of interactive CD-Roms and dynamic websites. But the development of a company is not only linked to production potential, but, perhaps even more so, to the ability of those who manage it to build good and lasting personal relationships with their customers.<br>This is where our products find their finest place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group alignwide has-subtle-background-background-color has-background\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-drop-cap\"><strong>Using a business card to present yourself is now common practice and easily obtained; however, the enamel-relief print is actually quite another thing \u2013 beautiful, elegant, classic in the handwriting of yesteryear, or, in the Hi-Tech effects of contemporary graphics, creates interest and \u201ctouches whoever touches it\u201d.
